Are Voter ID Laws A Burden

Upon seeing the latest headline by the Obama thugs, “Justice Department challenges North Carolina voter ID law” I thought that I would give you my two cents on the subject matter.

The suit, filed in Greensboro, N.C., asks that the state be barred from enforcing the new voter-ID law. It is OK for the Black Panthers to intimate whites, but since the Holder and his thugs want to CHEAT ( who does not understand math besides Holder, Obama and his thugs, and the majority of GOP thay if there is over a 1005 voter turnout, there is most likely FRAUD)/. However, the North Carolina case goes further, demanding that the entire state of North Carolina be placed under a requirement to have all changes to voting laws, procedures and polling places “precleared” by either the Justice Department or a federal court, the source added. Heck, the Justice Department under Holder is crooked to begin with!

And if I remember clearly, the DOJ also filed suit against Texas ID voter law in July. In the Texas cases, Holder’s Justice Department is asking that the state be put under preclearance for ten years. However, in the North Carolina case, federal government lawyers are not seeking a specific duration for the new preclearance requirement. In Texas, Texas Gov. Rick Perry, a Republican, complained that the Justice Department’s demand disrespected the Supreme Court decision.

Holder and the Democratic Party do not like voter ID laws since it reduces the chances of CHEATING. Less dead people can vote and voter turnout over 100% is more difficult. In addition, illegals could not vote. I guess the Democratic Party believes it would be more difficult for them to win elections.

This past November, you had an Ohio worker brag on national TV that she had voted 6 times for Obama. How dumb is that! Especially, since she was a poll worker.

Common practices like boarding an airplane and getting a driver’s license require photo ID, and we should expect nothing less for the protection of our right to vote. Heck, come to think about it, there are at least a dozen federal programs (food stamps, welfare, etc.) that require photo ID!

In addition, I leave you with this thought to ponder – So according to democrats – Every man, woman, and child must purchase health insurance, and if they can not afforded it the government will provide it for free, all because they exist. However, without ID, people cannot receive health insurance or get medical care using ACA. And this is not an undue burden. So that looks “discriminatory” doesn’t it? Thus, having to have a photo ID which the government will provide for free if you can not afford it is. How can anybody take this administration seriously?

Should Congress Be Paid For A Shut Down By The Government

If the government shuts down, does that mean congress finally will not get paid for the job they have not been doing anyway? The answer to that question is “Yes”. The 27th Amendment to the Constitution, ratified in 1992, holds that “No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of representatives shall have intervened.” Intended to prevent Congress from voting itself a raise, it also protects members from a pay cut.

The loop hole is that essential personnel shall be paid. As “essential personnel,” your Congressman gets paid regardless. Who designated them essential? One guess.

Actually, we need to do the following:
1. Congress should not get paid unless they pass a budget. Since Congress would not vote to NOT pay themselves, the states should vote NOT to pay any federal employee, including the President, during a shutdown! After all, shouldn’t Congress have skin in the game since they are the ones shutting down the government for NOT doing their jobs! Why, should the American people pay for Congress NOT doing the job that they were hired to do?

While I’m at it, Obama breaking the law by delaying sections of a law at his discretion is celebrated by liberals. Republicans using proper channels to get rid of a law the majority of Americans have never even wanted are TERRORIST! Terrorists shooting up an Army base or a terrorist setting off a bomb? Workplace violence and protest gone wrong!

Although, I’ve seen the Republicans offer olive branch after olive branch, all Dems give in return is they are terrorists because they’re trying to keep the economy from taking a massive hit thanks to Obamacare!!!!]

Now it turns out that the Dems have just sent out an email asking the American people to support Obama and the shutdown and donating money to the Democratic cause!

2. While at it, should not all government employees, politicians, including the President and his family also be included in ObamaCare. Do the politicians and Obama think that they are better than the American people?

One last word, America can survive the shutdown (there have been 17 of them in the past and all but one by the Democrats)- America will NOT survive post Obamacare!

Is Obama Being Played By Iran

Although, Iran is supposedly willing to listen to Obama, Iran is still sticking it to the United States. Obama thinks that it is OK since Iran is willing to talk!
However, in the past few weeks, Iran has put shit on Obama’s face by doing the following:

1. Iran would not meet with Obama at the UN – not even to shake hands

2. Iran has been helping Syria and will continue

3. Iran hacked U.S. Navy computers

4. And today we learned that Israel caught an Iranian spy who was taking photos of the U.S. embassy and intended to establish business ties in the Jewish state as a cover for espionage

When will Obama learn from lessons past that Iran cannot be trusted and funds terrorists groups. In fact, Iran is known worldwide as a funding state for terrorists groups. Iran, has either been involved or founded the following terrorists groups:

The above are organizations currently officially designated as terrorist by the U.S. government in the Middle East. Iran supports about 50% of them and Obama supports about 25% of them.

Netanyahu is due to meet Obama on Monday and will most likely point out to Obama what a fool Iran is making of him. Netanyahu will then address the U.N. General Assembly the next day, most likely to try to counter what the Israeli leader called “sweet talk” by Iran’s new president, Hassan Rouhani, on reaching a pact with the West to settle the nuclear issue

Since Defunding ObamaCare Did Not Pass Should The Debt Deal Pass

Well, defunding ObamaCare did not pass because of 25 Republicans. Hopefully, they will NOT get elected in the future since they would NOT listen to the American people.

ObamaCare is highly unpopular; it has not gained support since its enactment, but has rather lost support. Of course, that face fell on deaf ears this week with 25 Republicans voted to funding ObamaCare and all the Democratic Senators doing the same. In fact, Harry Reid had the balls to say that Republican should now stop talking about ObamaCare! Actually, Reid might be right! Maybe we should now talk about Harry Reid when from a net worth of $1 Million to $10 Million on a politician salary! In addition, did the IRS provide Reid with Romney’s tax returns that he claimed on the Senator. Now, here’s a CROOK!

However, since ObamaCare was not defunded, there is another approach. The need to raise the debt ceiling is a clear reminder that federal spending is wildly out of control and needs to be reined in. In addition, as we’ve seen, those who really run government, the bureaucrats and not the politicians, wish for federal spending to grow so that they have a job!

In addition, escalating federal spending means that federal bureaucrats in management positions “need” more employees, which thus translates to promotions, raises, and prestige for the bureaucrats. And which is well known, these bureaucrats, survive all elections and changes of power. In other words, the party in power does not really matter since their jobs are safe! Maybe the bureaucrats should be given a test on American every 3 or 4 years so that they know who real is paying them!

The reason why four of the six highest income counties in America are in Virginia or Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. Wealth and power come from the federal government, and that is extracted at the expense of the rest of America. The IRS is a “good” example.

A good solution to the problem would be if the Republicans use their power to block a debt ceiling reduction unless this change is made in federal law. A few “good” examples to fix our spending problems are:
1. tie all income from federal employees between $100,000 and $200,000 to a flat tax rate of 40%

2. tie all income from federal employees above $200,000 to a flat tax rate of 80%

3. all lawyers and lobbyists who work in Washington would also be included. This would cut off the escape route of leaving the federal government and entering the quasi-private sector as a paid hack. In addition, it would have the added benefit of making Congress harder to defend to the American people to fund these hacks!

The above programs are a tax and not a change in compensation, this would affect all federal judges, the president and vice president, and all members of Congress. This will give all those who really run the federal government a vested interest in reducing federal spending and ending federal deficits. And remember, the spending cuts would not have a direct affect on the American people, but on those that have created the problem!

The above suggestions would tie those paid by us tax payers out of taxes and federal borrowing to personal financial accountability. If the above became the law, then when leftists squealed for higher taxes or more deficit spending, then taking money first from those rich Washingtonians who caused the problem might well just solve the problem. The only way this will happen, of course, is if the people either voter for it in their state or put pressure on the politicians!

Is The Republican Party Going The Way Of The Whigs

Lincoln helped create the Republican Party during a difficult time. Unlike todays Republican leaders, Lincoln was bold. In fact, many people who know American history, Obama is not one of them – we only have 50 states and NOT 57 states at the moment, know that during Lincoln’s time America was involved in a civil war.

Obama was another bold leader when in 2009 he chose to push his health care bill through Congress despite the urgings for caution by a Democratic Congress. Obama might have bribed Senators to pass ObamsCare, but he did what it took to get his ideal across.

The Republican Party has fooled the American people and are not bold. The Republican Party of today will make promise like Obama and not keep them as long as their elected politicians are able to continue to hold office. The Republican Party of today is to aligned with the the Democratic Party causes. There really is no major difference!

The efforts to defund or diminish ObamaCare by using parliamentary maneuvers demonstrate weakness in the Republican Party. A few signs that also point the way of the Republican Party going the way of the Whigs are the following:
1. Fundraising among the national Republican Party leadership is down.
2. The numbers of party regulars voting is going down. A good example would be that during the 2012 elections the voter turnout was reduced from 2008. This has been blamed upon demographics. However, I content that the cause is more likely due to the lack of sincerity and commitment from the leadership of the Republican Party.
3. Members of the Republican Party eat their own, rather than going after members of the Democratic Party. A good example is Peter King, who was most like brought out by Obama’s spying on him, against Ted Cruz. Another recent example is John McCain, who is a suppose to be a Republican, yet gave the Democratic response to Ted Cruz’s speech.

Over 60% of the Americans opposes ObamaCare. Most want it defunded and dismantled. Many small business are either reducing hours, laying workers off, or going out of business, etc. Yet, the Republican leadership has promised to oppose ObamaCare. However, many in the Republican Party attack Senators Lee and Cruz in their efforts to delay the operation of ObamaCare. And today, September 27th, many of the so-called Republicans voted for Obamacare!

Boldness is what makes the stuff of leadership and the Republican Party lacks it! Republicans have argued that the Republicans must not risk bad press if there is a government. What the Republicans do not realize is that the Republicans will never receive good press unless they are attacking other Republicans. Once again, McCain and King know that lesson!

The House Republicans have more power than they really realize. If only they were bold and not show weakness like the Senate Republicans. A few things that the Republican House should exercise:
1. The power of purse is the only way to stop ObamaCare. The Obama has granted many wavers this year, recognizing the weakness of his position. Yet he is bold has shown boldness political his moves by side stepping Congress and going around the Constitution.
2. There has not been a budget passed in years. Four years to be exact! The Congress has operated on continuing resolutions. It is time to use this method more creatively. Send up one bill per agency or Cabinet Department.
3. Our American family income is down to 1989 levels. This breeds more dependency and future Democrats. The House needs to reduce this dependency which could also be done by passing one funding cabinet measure at a time and have Harry Reid and Obama veto them in public.

Mitt Romney ran a poor campaign which did not energize voters during a poor economy. But, then again he was not the right guy in my opinion since he represented the Republican establishment and the Northeast Republicans who are liberals who are Democrat like! We need bold leadership in both the House and Senate. If we have bold leadership in both the Hose and Senate, we will energize the disheartened to vote in 2014 for Republicans. Presently, these voters see nothing to galvanize around and have abandoned the Republican Party.

Thus, the really questions that we must ask are:
1. Will the Republicans be willing to risk enough to succeed?
2. The safe road will be narrower and result in fewer supporters since the leaders are not bold. In my opinion, more primary challenges will weaken the establishment.
3. Will the Republican leadership understand what their base wants?
4. Should people in the various states start recalling their Washing DC politicians (right is given to the states)
5. Should a “Conservative” party be formed to bring back Democratic values and Republican values!

Has Obama Dismantled America

During Obama’s first presidential trip to Europe in 2009 someone could be heard saying: “He sounds just like a European.” That is, not like an American president who loves his country. And Obama does not: asked during that visit to Europe about American exceptionalism, Obama answered: “I believe in American exceptionalism, just as I suspect the Brits believe in British exceptionalism and the Greeks believe in Greek exceptionalism.”

In other words, he didn’t believe in American exceptionalism at all. Remember, Obama while growing up played little sports that most American children played while growing up. Obama knows little of sports but would like to control it like any good Marxist with a passion for power. In 2010 Obama donned a Chicago White Sox cap and pretended he was a fan. One problem, of course, was that Obama couldn’t name any of the players right after throwing his infamous sissy pitch.

And of course earlier this year we had Obama saying to Al Sharpton on Big Al’s radio show (you know the “big mouth”), about the NHL “Let me be clear,” Obama said. “I didn’t even know the NHL had resolved its labor dispute and started playing. That being said, I hope the oppressed party, be they players or owners, won.

“However, I must say that I am troubled by the point system currently in use by the league. A team earns two points for a victory, one point for an overtime loss, and no points for a conventional loss. This seems unfair to me. Although one point for an overtime loss—which was basically called a tie when I was younger—is empowering, I feel two points for victory and none for defeat is far from fair. The losing team tried just as hard as they could, and I believe they are entitled to a single point, which should be taken from the victorious team.”

Obama continued to say, “Everyone gets a Stanley Cup…Forget competition”

Anyway, back on topic, Obama was seen in May 2008, while campaigning as a candidate for President crossing an airplane tarmac, holding Fareed Zakaria’s American epitaph, “The Post-American World”. In the photo, Obama is holding his place in the book with his finger, as if he did not dare put it down and wanted to dive back into it as soon as he could. Of course, the media did not mention that Obama was reading the anti American book – it just might hurt his chances!

The vicious Zakaria describes his book this way: “This is not a book about the decline of America, but rather about the rise of everyone else.” In it, Zaharia details the era he hopes we are entering now, you know — a world in which the United States would “no longer dominate the global economy, orchestrate geopolitics, or overwhelm cultures.”

Obama seems bound and determined to drive America over a cliff and make Zakaria’s vision of the future a self-fulfilling prophecy. As the most powerful man in the world, Obama would level the playing field by having the American look down upon by the rest of the world. We are no longer looked at as where others in the world want to come and settle. We have fallen in various ratings, both in economic downgrades and not as the happiest nation on earth. Evil is now sanctioned by the world’s only remaining superpower. Even the Middle East looks down on us – we have a lower standing with those countries than ever before! Obama has even turned against our allies (particularly Israel) and showed them that America could not be relied on. Obama is even will to give terrorists U.S. arms! Obama has taxed many into poverty (welfare, food stamps, etc) and stirred up racial strife to make us all less safe. Obama has enabled Russia to re-emerge as a world power, and the Islamic jihadists are bolder than ever according to Obama!

During the Muslim massacre at a Nairobi mall, whom did Kenyan officials call for help? While Israel, of course! Obama is Kenyan (although born in Hawaii – his Kenyan grandmother said Obama had been born in Kenya before she died after seeing Obama) with close relatives in the country. It is Obama’s native land, the country where his father was born. So you might think he would have sent help, but his father (and stepfather) were Muslim; perhaps that is why he always comes down on the side of the jihad and why Obama has not condemned of the vicious sharia? Obama’s silence is sanction and support.

Obama has vowed to make America just another nation — unexceptional! And Obama has kept his one promise!

After 21 hours Reid Cuts off Cruz

Cruz and some of his colleagues were still standing as of Wednesday morning. Cruz was cut off by a new day of Senate business at noon by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid since it was not a filibuster.

Cruz stood up to “make D.C. listen,” he said repeatedly. “Washington depends on the American people not paying attention.” And,
I’m sure the American people listened! Even Larry the Cable Guy applauds Ted Cruz, and slams Obamacare!

Reid could not allow Cruz to speak further. Not because he would convince people like Mitch but, the more he talked the more information the American people got. Reid, being the CROOK he is, could not allow the truth to come out.

ObamaCare increase premiums by 70%

Let us not forget Obama’s campaign promise that health care costs would decrease by $2,500.

Ever since Obama and the Democrats forced Obamacare on the American public in 2010, costs for healthcare and medical treatment has continued to rise. In some areas of the nation, costs will go up as much as 70% once Obamacare and the exchanges are fully implemented.

Chris Conover, a contributor to Forbes took the year by year cost increases attributed to the Affordable Care Act, divided it by the projected US population for each year to determine the added cost per person and came out with a cost of $7,450 above the cost for the next 10 years. As I said, the $7,450 is the additional increase on top of the extortionist prices millions of Americans are being forced to pay between now and December 31. The 7% to more than 70% increases I mentioned are already figured into the base amount that Conover starts with.

Conover does not take the initial cost increases that many people will see. Many of these increases will vary from state to state. A few states like California may see cost for healthcare policies decrease while states like Ohio will see 70% cost increases!

What this means, is that Obama LIED once again to promote Obamacare. ObamaCare will raise the cost of health care and make it less accessible to the American people and too many people will die an early death because of it.

Call YOUR Senator Now And Tell Them To Stand With Ted Cruz And Mike Lee.

Senators Mike Lee and Ted Cruz are standing up for the American people and they need your support now to defund ObamaCare. Republicans like Mitch McConnell, John Cornyn, and RINO John McCain are publicly saying that they do not support the efforts to defund Obamacare.

Senators like McConnell, McCain, and Cornyn are going to let Harry Reid strip the measure to defund Obamacare out of the Continuing Resolution that the House passed last week. They would rather not fight to keep the measure to defund Obamacare in the bill. They are not Republicans who represent the American people. You think that these so-called anti-ObamaCare folks would at least fight for a requirement of 60 votes in order to remove the defunding language from the bill. By not doing this, they will likely vote for cloture to end debate on the Continuing Resolution Thus, allowing the Senate to pass the “clean” Continuing Resolution with a simple 51 vote majority.

These traitors to the Republican Party will vote against the “clean” continuing resolution and campaign that they did everything they could to stop Obamacare. This simply BS. These people need to be voted out of office. McCain has seen the light in his recent townhall metting and will not be running in 2016.

Republicans and other caring Americans can not allow these people to claim they are doing everything in their power to stop Obamacare when they really are not!

Reasons Why the National Debt Keeps Rising

Cutting spending should be so easy. It would be with a balanced budget amendment. If you don’t have it, you can’t spend it.

Out-of-control spending by Congress and the Obama Administration has once again maxed out the latest debt limit—a nearly $17 trillion burden that harms job growth, gives special interests a pass, and lowers American families’ personal income. Why do we keep raising the debt? Every time the debt is raised, we do increase the national debt – unlike Obama thinks!

1. They want to keep up appearances. Politicians in Washington DC pretend America’s national budget can handle all the extensive promises they have made over the past several decades to Americans so that they could get re-elected!

2. Politicians are unwilling to sacrifice even wasteful spending. Congress could eliminate billions in spending tomorrow just by cutting wasteful spending. Heritage expert Patrick Louis Knudsen, who spent two decades working on the House Budget Committee, recently went line-by-line through the federal budget to find $42 billion in unnecessary, poorly run, and duplicative federal government programs.

3. Politicians fear changing “business as usual” in Washington. Because the American people are waking up to the fiscal crisis we are in, many policymakers in both parties use any number of legislative “back doors” to increase the debt ceiling—without looking like they did. CNN reports:

Since it’s a politically tough vote, they occasionally devise clever ways to tacitly approve increases without ever having to publicly record a “yes” vote.

For example, as part of the deal to resolve the 2011 debt ceiling war, Congress approved a plan that let President Obama raise the debt limit three times unless both the House and Senate passed a “joint resolution of disapproval.” Such a measure never materialized. And even if it had, the president could have vetoed it.

4. Politicians are addicted to stuff. Politicians in Washington enjoy a good haircut, lavish conference vacations, and even renovating their bathrooms… all at our expense!

5. Politicians do not know how to see long-term. It has been said that the 2013 deficit will be lower than previous years. That’s great until you start looking at while the 2013 deficit will be lower than in previous – REASON: massive tax increases signed into law by President Obama.

6. Politicians lack the courage to lead on spending reform. There are proposals to get the budget under control. However, they are never taken really seriously.

As Americans who are concerned about America’s future, we should support a budget based on real Constitutional priorities, and set free the unlimited genius of Americans to create jobs, wealth, and prosperity. It would be really easy if we had a balanced budget amendment. If you do not have it, you can not spend it!
